Piece of Junk projectors, but great customer service

Pros: Excellent image quality, multiple input choices (component video, S-video, DVI, etc).
Cons: Unreliable. Three projectors have all died. Different ceiling mount from the other 8000 series.
The Bottom Line: BenQ has great customer service, but three different projectors in the span of 4 months have all died due to internal faults. I will never buy another BenQ.
Review: Initially I bought the PB8220 through pricegrabber, because I thought it was the best bang for my buck. It broke within a week, but BenQ's customer service was very responsive and immediately sent me a new projector 2nd day air along with a return ...
