Pros: Good value.  Sleek and compact with integrated foldable nozzle.

Cons: Messy conventional pleated cone filter that needs washing and eventual replacing. Non-replaceable Ni-Cad battery.

The Bottom Line: There are two main current players in the handheld vacuum market: the Black and Decker Pivot and Dyson Root 6. Both are good buys with the Pivot's virtue being value.
