Pros: Easy to use dials. Crumb tray. Lasted 32 months-better than some.

Cons: High heat scorched white exterior. Baking cycle required preheating. Uneven toasting.

The Bottom Line: This oven is OK for an inexpensive serviceable oven with good features and size, but I will try to find a better replacement.

Cons: Takes an unreasonable amount of time to toast or bake

The Bottom Line: I would not recommend this toaster oven. It was a total waste of money. It is just too slow in heating/cooking to be useful.
