Peter David - Star Trek, the Next Generation: Before Dishonor

Pros: Good characterizations of the regulars, decent prose

Cons: assassinates the new characters, Borg are silly, not terrifying

Cons: New characters assassinated, old character dies, the Borg are...not the Borg.
