Lee Child's third "Reacher" book -- lots of positives

Pros: Much better descriptive writing by Child. Great plotting.
Cons: Leaves Reacher, the hero, in an awkward place at the end.
The Bottom Line: Not the best in the series, but definitely a key story in an intricately plotted, military setting.
Review: Unlike the majority of readers, I think that "Tripwire" represents an evolution of Child's storytelling, and is better than his first two novels. Of course, that is probably because I'm a woman who wanted to see Dirty Harry evolve, as ...
