SVT: Amazingly sharp handling, amazingly sharp ride
by

|
|||
|
Pros: Steering feel, chassis balance, shifter feel, front and rear seating, driving position, distinctive styling
Cons: Ride quality, reliability record, narrow cargo area
The Bottom Line: A unique, highly entertaining driving experience. Excellent handling comes at the cost of abysmal ride quality.
Review: The #1 thing I look for in a car, before horsepower, quality, or anything else, is a chassis that entertains in everyday driving. Over the last decade Ford's European subsidiary has developed what are arguably the best-handling front-wheel-drive cars in ...

Pros: Handles well, good acceleration, great cargo space
Cons: Price?
The Bottom Line: This vehicle is loaded with standard features. Drives great and has respectable power. Cargo and fuel efficiency is excellent.
Review: While SUVs have become increasingly more popular on the road these days, don't be sucked in just yet.
(short) SUV RANT OK, I know that some people genuinely need the cargo or the off-road capability of these things, but really... |

Pros: Economical, good gas mileage, comfortable, stylish
Cons: none.
The Bottom Line: Excellent car, with excellent price.
Review: After years of driving my Geo Metro and my husbands Chevrolet Cavalier, my husband and I decided that a new car purchase was in order. Don't get me wrong here, the Geo Metro has been a pretty reliable little car, and the Chevrolet Cavalier has endured...

Pros: Wireless sub woofer. programs to your TV remote including a Direct TV remote.
Cons: 1. RCA cable to short.2. Price increase this week to $399 In short supply.
The Bottom Line: Programing your own remote to operate the Soundbar is outstanding as is the wireless woofer. Works great with A Direct TV remote. Buy it.
Review: Purchased from Crutchfield Jan 2009. Setup in 20 minutes using a Direct TV Remote, Samsung 46" LCD TV. Contrary to some post the Soundbar does work with the Direct TV remote. Very easy to program. I use my remote from 15-20' away and it works great with ...

Pros: Fast easy set up with no clutter.
Cons: Your guests will be twisting their necks trying to find the 7 speakers.
The Bottom Line: I'd pick this unit up and try it will clean up your living room and possibly surprise you with it's clean, clear sound.
Review: This 100 Watt sound bar and bass unit can cut down your 7.1 speaker clutter and produce entertaining sound. I went from a 24"X12" stereo speaker system (Beovox S45) to this present unit. I'm running the sound Dolby Digital Stereo out the TV (a Sony FD ...

Pros: Distinctive looks, inexpensive, roomy, lots of headroom, nice stereo
Cons: Acceleration could be a little more powerful
The Bottom Line: It's great - I'd definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if you're tall!
Review: I bought my Focus sedan in November 2001. So I've had it for a month or two now. I'm completely satisfied - I love this great little car!
Exterior Appearance I love how the Focus is different than all the other look-alike... |

Pros: Best ride I've found in a small car. Safe, responsive, and luxurious for less $$$
Cons: Brakes slower than expected; manual seat adjustment; back door takes strength to close.
The Bottom Line: It's best for people who like small cars but need lots of storage; for those who want great gas mileage and handling, or lots of features for less $$$.
Review: I love my new Focus Wagon! From the moment I sat down in the car I knew it was the one I was going to buy. The 6-disc cd changer is fun and convenient. I also got leather seats and side-impact airbags, making me feel like I'm in a luxury car, but...

Pros: Handles Great and as a special treat comes equipped with lots of goodies!
Cons: Would like to own two of them...a classy silver and a flashy red :)
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this vehicle for its performance, style and features all for a reasonable price.
Review: Well, I finally did it.
Went and bought a new car and as a careful buyer I dutifully did all my homework before I invested my hard earned dollars. The lucky choice was the Ford Focus Se Station wagon. It is exactly what I wanted and... |

Pros: Amazing power train; even better handling; awesome brakes; and that sound!
Cons: Mini-van lovers will complain about the unforgiving ride; expect to get some tickets!
The Bottom Line: Rocket Car! If you are into the art of driving then you will love this car. If not, you'll still love it, but hate the harsh ride.
Review: At the time of this writing, I have had my SVT Focus for about two weeks, and I...am...in love.
Let's start with the visuals... Personally, I have a very slight issue with the way the window line travels up to the rear of the car on the sides,... |

Pros: Awesome gas mileage, roomy interior, good amount of features and options for an economy car.
Cons: Lack of power, cup holders are odd.
The Bottom Line: If you are looking at an economy car, I definitely recommend this vehicle.
Review: After getting into a major accident with my 2000 ford ranger, decided to go for something a bit more fuel efficient. Since I am a starving college student, I cant spend upwards of $25 dollars on gas every week which is what my truck cost to fill up. I...
