Pros: Powerful! Quick-slide mount. 2-year warranty. Long charge.

Cons: A bit heavy, but very versatile. Hard to give away as a gift once experienced.

Works fine at first.
Constructed well, nothing physically broke in > 1 year.

Cons: Charging dock poory designed, frequently unit would not charge.
Battery life drops to nothing very quickly.

The Bottom Line: Rather buy the Shark.
If you do buy the Black & Decker, look after the battery by fully using it before charging and then only charging for 12 hours before unplugging.
