nice design, but whistle doesn't work properly

Pros: handle design
Cons: whistle doesn't work
Review: I bought this teapot because of the handle design - I like that you can open the spout without putting your hand near the steam. BUT I am very disappointed with the whistle - I don't think the spout cover seals tightly enough for the whistle to work ...
