Top of the line - Limited!

by   cmorgan74 ,  Aug 24, 2008
Pros: Great family car, practical & functional w/ stow and go seating!
Cons: Navigational upgrade a bit steep
The Bottom Line: Chrysler did a great job with this family friendly, all purpose vehicle! Worth its' weight in gold in practicality and conveniences. We love our Chrysler!
Review: My husband and I purchased our 2005 Chrysler Town and Country Limited, gently used, from one of our local dealerships. It was a planned purchase for a vacation, that we felt our older 1996 model (189K) wouldn't be able to handle. Of course the beautiful ...

Handy Van

by   melindalouwho ,  Mar 20, 2007
Pros: Top Notch design and conveniences
Cons: Original tires needed to be replaced within two years and the brakes needed service early.
The Bottom Line: Good van, the husband is tall 6'4" and finds the driver seat uncomfortable. I find it just fine at 5'10"
Review: Love the van. Bought it two years ago and have had no major problems with it. I however had to have it in for service for the power sliding doors more than once. The power sliding doors and the power rear hatch is a definate MUST for people with kids. ...

by   lakeitel ,  Jul 24, 2005
Pros: Comfortable safe drive
Cons: Minor issues with coolant and cup holders
The Bottom Line: This is a good solid performer well wothy of the Chrysler name and your money. A good buy.
Review: We rented this van for three weeks. During these three weeks we put 13,000 miles on the van so I feel validated in my opinions. Three of us (two adults, one child) drove from Homestead, Florida out to Arizona. From Arizona we headed north into Utah ...

The best minivan on the market!

by   momof4boys07 ,  Jan 21, 2008
Pros: Very comfortable and quiet ride, great for families!
Cons: stow and go handle flimsy, breaks easy.
The Bottom Line: This is an excellent purchase for anyone in the minivan market. Quiet ride with added luxuries and great gas mileage!
Review: When my husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle due to a new baby coming, we were skeptical about buying a minivan. When we came across the Town & Country though we fell in love with it. We purchased the Town & Country LX with the stow and ...

Town and Country SWB top of the line!

by   soberley ,  Jul 29, 2005
Pros: Luxury vehical with a very affordable price.
Cons: SWB does not have a lot of standard cargo room.
The Bottom Line: If you are in the market for a super quiet and nice riding van with a bit of flair I would suggest this one.
Review: Preface: Recently a decision was forced upon me. I had a 2000 Nissan Sentra GXE that I loved to death. I am a big guy and fit just right into this car. The car had 110,000 miles on it and I had to decide if I wanted to get the transmission rebuilt or ...

I think I bought a bad one!

by   fivearrows ,  Jan 8, 2008
Pros: Roomy, family friendly features, handsome car
Cons: Lots of repairs, even major ones
The Bottom Line: Proceed with caution because although this car has wonderful features, it could be a headache.
Review: I was so excited when I bought this car a year and a half ago. I got a great deal, it was a pretty van compared to what I had, plus there were all of those bells and whistles! The automatic doors and liftgate are so wonderfully convenient. The stow and ...

Can we saw LEMON LAW???

by   joshsparents ,  Mar 1, 2008
Pros: Stow N Go seating
Cons: Not good workmanship, in the shop as much as I drove it
The Bottom Line: We have now owned 2 Town & Country's and have had problems with both of them. For the cost, there are more dependable minivan options available.
Review: This van was a nightmare. We bought it new from a local dealer. The stow and go seating can not be beat! You can turn this van into a truck practically! We moved a dining room table with 6 chairs in our van. Drove great. Thought we loved it! ...

Drives Nice, but...

by   mtfrank ,  Feb 17, 2008
Pros: Driving position, comfort, stow and go, utility.
Cons: Terrible reliability
The Bottom Line: Not recommended due to reliability.
Review: I had a 96 T&C and was generally satisfied. The only problem in it was a needed transmission at 100,000+ miles, which is early but everything else worked OK. I drove it for 150,000 before moving up to the 05. The van is very comfortable to drive. The ...
