Pros: Cheap. I may have received a bad set.

Cons: Not worth anything.

Review: These didn't turn out to be noise canceling. They are noise generators. Noticeable hiss no matter what volume setting. Eliminates background Noise? NOT. There was no discernible difference in background level on or off. No background noise ...
