Pros: Thorough leg workout, if you like squats and lunges, you'll love this video. Good instructor.

Cons: Pilates title is deceiving as in "easy workout." Not much arm or stomach work.

The Bottom Line: Recommended for beginners and intermediates, really good workout for legs.
