Great for all yoga levels

Pros: good for all experience levels, soothing, effective, good for watching again and again

Cons: poses in second routine a bit more difficult

Pros: DVD has bonus workout. Incorporates mudras.

Cons: Bonus workout is not for beginners.

Review: 4.5 stars If you have the DVD version there is a bonus 17 minute energizing routine. First program is 40 minutes. Set is well-lit, candles are just for atmosphere. Music is soothing. Sara Ivanhoe is excellent with cueing, and explainations. There ...
