Numerous Faults

Pros: Relatively cheap, can add additional paper tray.
Cons: Always defaults to one paper tray, poor support for double-sided printing, frequently jams.
Review: My office purchased this printer. Although it is relatively fast, it has several critical faults. We added a legal size (8.5" x 11") paper tray. The printer ALWAYS defaults to this tray. An IT professional and Dell support could not solve this ...
