Pros: Fantastic for all over stretching, and great workout for the abs.
Cons: I guess it could be a bit challenging for beginners.

Pros: Will strengthen your abs, back, and hips. Low Impact and calming workout.
Cons: Some of the movements are a little fast paced.
The Bottom Line: I recommend this video for someone wanting to strengthen their abs, hips, and back in a time efficient way. My back pain has diminished with the strengthening from this workout.

Pros: Introduces many different Pilates moves as well as a yoga-Pilates mix.
Cons: Fast paced and slightly difficult for beginners to follow.
The Bottom Line: This video is not one that I would recommend you go out and buy unless you have totally exhausted all other Pilates video options.
