Pros: Long workout which can be divided up easily. Includes resistance belt

Cons: I thought the reps were too short. Somewhat boring.

The Bottom Line: Denise Austin fans may like this more than I do. I didn't like it enough to do 6 days in a row like Denise Austin suggests.
