Pros: Good history; good explanation of relativity, an idea all educated people should be familiar with

The Bottom Line: An entertaining account of Einstein's first forty years, his personal life as well as his discoveries.
Review: Albert Einstein mistreated the women in his life. Historians acknowledge this; Albert himself admitted it. Nobody thinks this has anything to do with his discoveries. Well, almost nobody.

Pros: Insight into the workings of a brilliant mind.
Cons: Heavy scientific content. If that isn't your interest, don't pick this up.
The Bottom Line: This novel will appeal only to a very select audience. It is a tough read, but if you are interested in science or scientific theory, read this book.
