It's Like A Giant Bug Hunt

by   dimeuhday ,  Jan 30, 2007
Pros: Fun, addicting, an all out great game.
Cons: Some areas can get a little glitchy.
The Bottom Line: Very fun, fast paced game, yet takes hours to complete. Great use of wii controllers. Just an all out fun fest.
Review: They’re like little dust balls, lice, or even mice (except they squeal like kittens) just running around loose all over the house, all over town- its anarchy. They’re actually called Elebits though. They are little creatures that generate electricity, ...

Ignore the poor packaging and pick it up now.

by   wathomas ,  Mar 20, 2007
Pros: Interactive, engaging and unique gameplay. Shows full potential of the Wiimote and Nunchuck controller
Cons: Poor packaging and "lame" story line make this one easy to overlook
The Bottom Line: Elebits shows gamers what gaming truly can become on a Wii, and blows away other traditional video games with tired 20 year old formulas, fancier graphics and "eye-candy"
Review: If it weren't for stumbling on the IGN game of the year reviews which gave Elebits extremely high marks, including best use of the Wiimote and action game of the year, this game would have been passed by me without a glance. The packaging of this game ...

Addictive

by   katestjohn ,  Jan 6, 2007
Pros: Innovative interactive non violent puzzle game
Cons: Requires a Wii Nunchuk for single player mode
The Bottom Line: This game is well worth the price. An interactive puzzle and search game, it is non violent and will engage the body and mind of the player.
Review: the household: 6 kids ranging 6 to 13. Also included are a mediocre gaming mom (me) and the ultimate gamer, the husband. the choice the holidays provided us a gift card to an electronics boutique. While the family was deciding on a game ...

We love this game, mom included!

by   holloway2000 ,  Apr 26, 2007
Pros: Lots of colors, easy to play, changing levels, that become more challenging
Cons: Sometimes can be hard to maneuver through rooms, opening doors and such.
The Bottom Line: This is a great game, anyone in the family can enjoy it.
Review: Can't go wrong with Elebits. With a family of 3 boys, it's sometimes hard to find a game everyone enjoys, but this one does it. I (mom), generally do not play video games with the boys, it's more of Dads "thing", but this one has me addicted. The ...

by   cyndler ,  Feb 9, 2007
Pros: replayability, level editor, originality
Cons: kiddy style graphics, but great for all ages
Review: this game is simply amazing, i loved the physics and graphics engines used. the storyline is a little weird, it uses the wii remote very well. has plenty of levels, and if thats not enough it has a level editor as well, you can also send ingame photos ...

A giant game of Hide and Seek! Addictive and Exciting!

by   lilredpitviper ,  Mar 8, 2007
Pros: Great for casual gamers, Unique, Addictive, Easy to learn!
Cons: I haven't found any yet!
Review: I bought this game because it looked simple enough for a casual gamer with bad coordination to play, but challenging and unique enough to keep my attention and and keep me wanting more. I'm glad I purchased it! It's easy to pick up and play without ...

Elebits: - Gotta Zap 'Em All

by   jeremy1456 , top reviewer in Games at Epinions.com ,  May 13, 2009
Pros: Fun Gameplay, Unique Premise
Cons: Iffy Controls, Unimpressive Graphics and Sound
The Bottom Line: Elebits Alone Sold Me on the Wii's Controller.
Review: Amongst the Nintendo Wii's launch (or near launch) games there wasn't a lot that interested me. In other words, there was Zelda, and that was about it. If it weren't for a little game from Konami called Elebits it might have been one of the worst ...

Elebits, The Hit That Should've Been

by   maddogdenny ,  Jan 20, 2007
Pros: Addictive gameplay, great physics, breaking stuff.
Cons: Lame story, some control issues.
The Bottom Line: This game had the potential to fall into the rental category, but with its addictive gameplay, rises above and makes this a buy.
Review: As the title suggests, Elebits didn't fair too well in terms of sales, and this is my attempt to get the word out on this one, because if you miss out on this game, you're missing out on a lot of fun. I can certainly understand a certain amount of ...

Elebits the game to ruin houses and fun all the way!

by   seanman ,  Jun 14, 2007
Pros: Very addicting.
Cons: Hard controls.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this game for anyone because it's just plain fun!!
Review: Like hide and go seek? Like hide and get the electric creatures that help you stare at the TV and gain weight? If you answer yes to both of these questions than get Elebits! This game has a kind of stupid storyline but you can have fun all the way! If ...

Elebits: It's Electric!

by   Slusy , lead in Games at Epinions.com ,  Jan 20, 2007
Pros: Unique, addictive gameplay; good use of the Wii controller
Cons: Environments repeat too often, mediocre graphics and music, horrible voice acting
The Bottom Line: Elebits is a fun rental for kids of all ages, but it doesn't last long enough to warrant a $50 purchase.
Review: It's a funny thing about console launch titles. Most of the games that are released to coincide with the release of the console fall into one of several categories: The first-party system sellers, the blatant ports from other systems, and the uninspired ...
