Don't Buy- Poor Product -Poor Service - See Update

Pros: Good design and attractive features. Looks great with wood panels.
Cons: Initial Customer service poor when calling number in manual. Call (877) 435-3287 instead.
Review: Update: After five service calls, the refrigerator stopped working and having the onboard computer replaced, still wasn't repaired. Finally got someone to give me a number to get to the direct Electrolux customer service, not the number published in the ...

Don't buy Electrolux Model E42BS75ETT

Pros: Good lighting, quiet operation, freezer door panel controls.
Cons: Shallow shelves, hard to pull-open doors, freon line defects, and more.
The Bottom Line: Poor functionality, poor features, defects requiring someone to wait all day for technicians to show. Problem has yet to be resolved.
