I LOVE this toaster oven!

Pros: Cooks evenly, sturdy, roomy, easy to use.

Cons: None.

The Bottom Line: This is a fantastic toaster oven for the price - I highly recommend it to anyone.

Buyer Beware!

Pros: I got to use it 3 times before it failed.

Cons: Failed after 3 uses. Worst Customer Service Ever!

The Bottom Line: Their customer service is trained in how to frustrate a customer, so they will give up. Avoid at all costs.
