Pros: Great price for a dual-fuel convection range. Easy to use oven controls.
Cons: A second light bulb in the oven would be nice.
The Bottom Line: The Frigidaire has many of the features of high-end ranges that sell for 3 or 4 times the price.
Review: In the search for kitchen appliances the road quickly forks. We opted not to choose the high-end, professional-style path. The Frigidaire was a great compromise between function, appearance and price. We have the newer model with all the knobs in front- ...

Pros: cooking surface, control panel, big oven, very accurate cooking temps. A real pleasure to use.
Cons: timer won't let you pick seconds only full minutes.
The Bottom Line: This range is invincible with the gas cooktop being it's best feature. LOVE IT!!
Review: I purchased this range from a local dealer at a great price in March 2007. After using this range for the past months I am convinced that I got the best range on the market. It was a little pricey but not as much as the thermador dual fuel that it ...

Pros: dream controls, convection roast and bake, warming drawer
Cons: oven could be larger
Review: I have been pleased with the performance of this range over the past 6 months. We also have the updated version with the controls in the front. My range does in fact simmer beautifully, my oven bakes and roasts to perfection and the convection feature is ...

Pros: Many nice features for a very reasonable price.
Cons: High-maintenance ceran cooktop.
The Bottom Line: Consider this product if you want the benefits of a dual-fuel range without the hefty price tag.
Review: I bought this range 9 months ago. The model shown in the picture has been replaced by a newer model number with burner and oven controls on the front of the stove. The controls are intuitive and responsive. The burners, including the simmer burner, all ...

Pros: nice professional appearance, easy clean up; warming tray in bottom of oven, reasonably priced
Cons: rubber pads underneath grates easily come off and no replacement for them
Review: I bought the dual fuel gas slide-in range in March 2006 and as far as the performance it has been great. I did not want the glass ceramic top underneath the grates because I find them hard to keep clean and do not drop anything heavy on it or it will ...

Pros: Look and appeal.
Cons: One has to wonder about quality workmanship these days.
Review: I enjoy this range, but it hasn't been a perfect purchase. From the very beginning of installation, I was informed by the installer that the right, front burner was not operating at all. I called the store where I purchased it and after an inspection ...

Pros: Easy to clean top.
Cons: Broken door after 7 months, won't boil water or melt chocolate.
The Bottom Line: Quality is too poor to justify the price.
Review: My Frigidaire PLCS389DC dual-fuel range has only been installed for seven months. I have baked in it only about four times. Yesterday the oven door made a loud snap/crack noise from the left hinge area when I opened the door. The door then would not shut ...

Pros: Burners work well if you want high heat.
Cons: No simmer, enamel grates, cool oven.
Review: If you want a gas range that will simmer .. this is not the one. We purchased this range about a year ago and regret it. This range simply will not simmer even using the smallest burner. Also, you cannot slide cookware on the burner grates. The enamel on ...
