should have bought a Wolf

Pros: Heavy Duty Appearance, oven racks on gliders, ease of operation

Cons: POOR SERVICE, potential quality problems, I expected more

The Bottom Line: Do not purchase this product. When it works, it is great. When it breaks, good luck. Very Poor Service on a high end product.
