Freezes during startup

Pros: wireless portability full sized keyboard lots of features for the price
Cons: freezes number pad function isn't working display colors unclear on battery power
Review: I got this system refurbished for $699 after rebate. Overall the system has great features for the price, but I've had mine for just under a month and it has frozen on me 9 times, 7 of those was during startup. I also can't seem to get the number pad ...
