The Bottom Line: brings water to a boil quickly,  easy to handle, the only clear glass kettle in its range as far as I know.

Cons: Product doesn't last.  Bullys in customer service. They don't want to hear your problem.

The Bottom Line: Won't buy any products from a company with such lousy customer service.  They don't care if you have a problem with their product.
