Worse Oven, Doesn't hold temperature

Pros: Nothing if it doesn't work
Cons: Erradic temperature, terrible customer service, broken promises from managers and reps.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy this product, it doesn't work and you can't return it.
Review: I purchased this oven and within 7 months it stopped working. The company replaced but it took 8 weeks of waiting and not having an oven. I sent back the cut cord and serial number plate, and then finally sent out a new one but that one only worked for ...
