Hewlitt Packard Stinks!!!

Pros: This is a lot of computer for the money when it works.
Cons: HP's technical support is lacking and not just because it is based in India.
The Bottom Line: I will never purchase another HP product due to the lack of good technical support, and because they do not stand behind the product.
