A great inexpensive carrier for daily use

by   kat_k1 ,  Jan 1, 2005
Pros: inexpensive and comfy
Cons: some babies outgrow it before the weight limit is reached
The Bottom Line: this is a great carrier if you are looking for something to get you through the first 4-6 mo.
Review: this carrier is meant to be used for newborns and infants from 2wks old to 20lbs... a little less than the baby bjorns weight limit of 25lbs It is very soft, and fit well for me, and I'm 5'7 and am definitely NOT skinny I actually tried this on while ...

Baby Connection Cozy Carrier by Infantino - Affordable Alternative to Baby Bjorn

by   marytara , lead in Kids & Family at Epinions.com ,  Apr 8, 2005
Pros: Inexpensive, Padded carrier, Easy to Load/Unload and Put On/Take Off
Cons: No Spit up guard, straps are not really padded
The Bottom Line: A basic, affordable carrier for small infants that "gets the job done".
Review: With my first child, I received a soft style carrier (I believe it was a Graco) at my baby shower and had great hopes of getting lots of use out of it. However, that never came to fruition as my son was both heavy and long and that just didn't mix well ...

great little Carrier

by   my2girlsmom ,  Jun 24, 2003
Pros: cheaper then most , lightweight , nicely padded
Cons: hard to get baby out, only holds baby up to 20lbs
The Bottom Line: I think if you want a carrier that does not cost an arm or and a leg then give this one or any infantino carriers :)
Review: Well here I am yet again to review another baby carrier ( I think this is number 6 or something like ...

Cozy Carrier

by   canuelas4 ,  Apr 26, 2005
Pros: The price is right and it works wonderfully.
Cons: None
Review: I bought this wonderful carrier at Walmart for only $12.86 and believe that it works just as good as the other carriers that sell for a lot more. The other nice thing about this carrier is that men who are on the heavy side can also use it without a ...

CozyRider--Very Cozy for Baby, Not-So Cozy for Mommy

by   heatherhh ,  Apr 15, 2006
Pros: Cheap.
Cons: Uncomfortable forward facing, difficult to get baby in/out, uncomfortable with older babies.
The Bottom Line: Good carrier for the first 2-3 months, but uncomfortable and difficult to use past that. I'd recommend looking into sling carriers which are more versatile.
Review: This baby carrier was purchased for me (for a little under $20) when my firstborn was just a newborn baby. It’s on its third child now, and I’ve used it with both newborns and older babies. It serves its purpose without too many hassles, but I ...

Cozy Rider Somewhat Cozy

by   sandyfl ,  Aug 27, 2002
Pros: Affordable, Wide Shoulder Straps, Adjusts for Forward & Backward Facing Baby.
Cons: Hard to get baby in and out of, straps sometimes pull against sleeping baby's face.
The Bottom Line: For a low, affordable price, this product does it's job. But if you want a more comfortable, higher quality product, you should spring for the extra bucks.
Review: For the first few minutes, it's not so bad. You're baby's crying, the housework needs done, so you strap on the Cozy Rider and spend the next 2 - 3 minutes trying to gently cram your baby's feet into the right holes. Once that's accomplished, shoving the...

Gets the Job Done

by   BabyBlue723 ,  Feb 1, 2004
Pros: allows for hands free carrying
Cons: hard to get in and out of, strains back
The Bottom Line: If you're on a budget, go for it, otherwise spend some money on a better one
Review: I have to say, once you get the baby in the carrier, everything is great...until you try to get them out... first of all, getting the baby in is ridiculous. I feel like I'm yanking the baby's feet in uncommon directions in order to get him in. It takes ...

Cute!

by   mommytohunter ,  Mar 19, 2007
Pros: Cute, comfortable
Cons: Hurts back if baby weighs too much!
Review: My husband and I received this carrier as a baby shower gift. It's very cute and my son LOVED it! He loved being able to be close to my chest and I loved having free hands to do as I wanted. I love the fact that it has an attached bib and an ...

Cozy Rider - not so cozy!!!

by   mommykd ,  Apr 7, 2004
Pros: cheaper than others
Cons: there's a reason!
The Bottom Line: I would not recommend this carrier. It is uncomfortable and difficult to use.
Review: The Infantino Cozy Rider is supposedly designed to be a hands free, easy to use baby carrier. It is made of a quilted fabric, which is comfortable both to the parent and the baby. It has a built in head support with adjustable straps designed to make ...

NO GOOD

by   kmillspaugh ,  Sep 11, 2008
Pros: price, straps are easy to adjust
Cons: comfortablility, hard to put on, style
The Bottom Line: I recommend buying a wrap such as the Moby or Sleepy wrap because they are more versatile, comfortable and easier to wear.
Review: The Infantino GoGoRider Baby Carrier is not a sensible baby carrier and I do not recommend it to anyone over the other carriers on the market today. This baby carrier is not comfortable enough for parent nor baby. It is comfortable the first 5-10 min. of ...
