Awesome

by   opineno ,  Jul 20, 2007
Pros: Quite fast, versatile, not too expensive ($268 in Buy and Amazon)
Cons: Battery not user replaceable, sometimes unstable (reboot)
The Bottom Line: I haven't used any other PDA/handheld, so I can't compare. But can say that the Palm TX has exceeded all my expectations.
Review: I'm in love with my Palm TX. This is my first handheld (although I've been after them for a long time), and I am quite certain that I made a good choice going for this one. In fact, I am so in love with this gadget that I need to defend it from some ...

Palm T/X More Than Meets My Needs

by   dave2k ,  May 11, 2006
Pros: Ease of use, good screen, lots of capability.
Cons: May need to relearn graffiti or use screen keyboard instead.
The Bottom Line: Recommended. Good device, well made and with a lot of functionality.
Review: I purchased the T/X around Christmas 2005 to replace an old Handspring Visor. I've been very pleased with this device. It's sturdy but still skinny enough for easy handling. I think the color display is excellent and I like being able to toggle ...

Not An iPhone, But A Worthy Alternative With Mature Technology

Cons: Slight occasional lag when entering text, no built-in camera or voice recorder, non-standard HotSync connector.
The Bottom Line: Only those that love high-end technology should consider the T|X for its hefty price tag, but its WiFi, long battery life and beautiful display make it worthwhile.
