Cons: EXTREMELY noisy fan, black cook top shows scratches, extremely sensitive touch keypad at front.

Cons: Unbearable constant cooling fan noise when oven is on.

The Bottom Line: Buy it only if you are deaf or never plan to use the oven. I hope Kitchen Aid fixes the noise for future models.
