Pros: Looks good, we like the bottom freezer, door alarm sounds if door is not closed.

Cons:  Poor quality, noisy, poorly designed ice dispenser, freezes vegatables in crisper, cheaply constructed drawers.

The Bottom Line: Poor quality for a relatively high end residential grade refrigerator.
