Kodak Comes Through For Our Water and Sport Picture Taking Needs

by   Staceys1 ,  Feb 22, 2007
Pros: Waterproof, readily available, great pictures.
Cons: None.
The Bottom Line: The Kodak Water and Sport Camera is a great choice for the beach or pool, or any outdoor activity where a traditional camera just will not work.
Review: On our first trip to Sesame Place we packed a huge bag of necessities, including a standard camera. We took dozens of pictures, until we stowed everything in a locker so we could enjoy the pools ...

Kodak Moment in the Indian Ocean

by   scorpion_tyr ,  Apr 4, 2008
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Much cheaper and safer than alternatives.
Cons: Only 27 exposures, vs unlimited with a digital.
The Bottom Line: Wherever you take a swim suit, take this camera.
Review: I love photography as a hobby and thankfully I have a job that allows me to travel all over the world. Digital cameras especially digital SLR cameras are very expensive. When I found myself on a very small tropical island in the middle of the Indian ...

by   Twix109 ,  Jul 1, 2007
Pros: disposable, waterproof, rugged, shockproof, durable, can use in the ocean!
Cons: one time use, daylight and outdoor use only, some grainy, dark pictures
The Bottom Line: Awesome camera for the beach!
Review: For my birthday I shed $288 on a brand new digital camera. It is my pride and joy and I hope to have it for many years. This camera I will never take to the beach, pool, or anywhere else with water since I do not want anything to happen. Instead, I ...

~~ BELLY FLOP WITH THE KODAK WATER & SPORT WATERPROOF 35-MM FILM CAMERA ~~

by   kbolton72 ,  Jun 5, 2007
Pros: Beautiful underwater pictures, durable and rugged
Cons: It is a single use
The Bottom Line: This has convinced me that it is 100% waterproof, works harder than a digital to go through anything and still bring your moments to life!
Review: Got Snorkels? It is beach time, vacation time, the ocean depths are calling our inner surfers. In this day and age, where digital is a second language, most of us pack and plan carefully when going on vacation as to not leave behind the digital. ...

Pros: Clear photos when used outdoors, can be used underwater, floats, durable.
Cons: Grainy pictures when used indoors, hard to advance film.
Review: I bought this camera to have fun with at the pool... but I wasn't expecting the photos to be of very good quality. I mean, it's a DISPOSABLE camera, right? But most of the pictures came out very clear! We not only used it around the pool, but I actually ...

by   popsrocks ,  Apr 26, 2009
Pros: Takes good photos for it's kind of camera. Dependable.
Cons: I don't like the shutter button when underwater with wet fingers.
The Bottom Line:

I give the Kodak waterproof camera four stars like I did the FugiFilm quickshot Waterproof camera but, for underwater use when snorkeling, I give it three stars.

by   cheryl5280 ,  Aug 14, 2005
Pros: Tough camera, can take a beating. Good pics on clear days.
Cons: Difficult to operate at first.
Review: This is definitely a waterproof drop-it-on-a-rock-proof camera. I took it on a boat trip through the Grand Canyon, where it was submerged many many times, banged into rocks and repeatedly thrown into the hatch of the boat. I just got the pictures back ...
