Pros: Speed, big LCD, price, auto or full manual, many "scene" modes, 4x optical zoom.
Cons: Battery door opens too easily to reveal flimsy spring clip. Otherwise, NO REAL CONS.

Pros: good battery life. great pics. doesn't kill your wallet.
Cons: no zoom in/out while in movie mode. doesn't come with AC adapter
