Buyer beware

Pros: Styling, capacity, and 2 stage lighting is excellent.
Cons: Customer service at LG through the supervisory level is absolutely the worst ever encountered.
Review: Microwave purchased on Friday, installed Saturday, died Wednesday. LG contacted for advice and told they would "honor" the warranty but I would have to remove the unit from the wall and deliver to shop for the repair. After numerous discussions on the ...
