Holiday Handbook from Martha
by

Pros: Multicultural holiday ideas, great photos, craft and gift ideas.
Cons: Some ideas are expensive and some of the crafts look too difficult for me.
The Bottom Line: If you have the time, patience and talent to make the more ambitious projects, power to you. If not, this is still a beautiful, inclusive holiday offering!
Review: Let me start off by saying I am not a big fan of Martha Stewart. Many of her ideas, while very attractive and homey, are just too costly or too time consuming for most women. My mother subscribes to her magazine, and I always take a peek when I'm...

Mouthpiece for the Mob: The Martha Stewart Story
by

|
Pros: Gorgeous; Great Ideas for Home and Garden
Cons: Only comes out 10 times a year
The Bottom Line: As beautiful as it is practical, Living sets the standard for lifestyle and design publications. Easy to follow instructions always produce beatiful results in home or garden.
Review: So she can be a little difficult, if you believe the gossip. You'd be a little difficult too, if you had to spend your day folding napkins into swans, baking shrimp-puffs, and managing 300 high-strung gay interior designers, all re-e-e-ally bitter that...

Pros: If you love Martha Stewart you'll love this magazine
Cons: lotsa advertisements
Review: I have been a fan of Martha Stewart for quite a while now. I like to tune into her shows on tv and just recently found out she has a few magazine's to her credit. The only one I've set eyes on so far is Martha Stewart Living. When I was grocery...

Pros: Beautiful. A mini-textbook on crafts, elegance, and gourmet style food at home.
Cons: Accounting department somehow doesn't realize that I already paid for my renewal.
The Bottom Line: If you hate M.S., don't even bother. You'll just be annoyed. If you don't and you are passionate about the domestic arts, this is a holy find.
Review: I'm 25 and endeavoring to fulfill my personal life (home life) and become moderately successful professionally. Martha Stewart is one of the best female examples of someone who strikes that balance and teaches how to bring joy into our homes through ...

Pros: excellent recipes, advice, and hints for all areas of your life
Cons: expensive, depressing until you realize no one can do it on their own.
The Bottom Line: This magazine is chock-full of helpful hints for housekeeping, decorating, cooking, gardening, entertaining, etc. It's amazing.
Review: I have enjoyed reading Martha Stewart magazines for YEARS--probably since I knew they existed. I never took much of it seriously as I was at college or living with my parents. When we bought our own house last summer, one of the first things I did was ...

The Scariest Costume This Halloween: Martha Stewart
by

|
Pros: Martha does drag, cheap costumes to make, entertaining food items.
Cons: The price for the cheap number of pages, the usual Martha complaints.
Review: Martha Stewart Holiday: Halloween Special Issue (there is no category, as far as I've found, for Martha Stewart: Holiday Special magazine, so I'm putting it here...it is NOT a duplicate review)
I really, really couldnt... |

Pros: monthly features, tips and advice, recipes, decorating hints, organizational pages every month, and much more
Cons: may be pricey to some ($4.50 per issue off the rack), some may take offense to her wording
Review: I admit I am currently subscribing to this magazine. I have no qualms of admitting it. I actually received one today.

Pros: Glossy pages, good print size, unusual and diverse articles
Cons: recipes are not for average cooks
The Bottom Line:
Martha Stewart Living is an excellent magazine for young adults who want to learn the more sophisticated and stylish lifestyle.
Review: I have been hooked on Martha for 7 years now. I love the oversized pages with beautiful pictures I can frame, they are so beautiful. I especially enjoy her back page article she writes about herself and what inspires her. She draws from other people's...
