Cons: Noisy! Fedders gave wrong service provider after half an hour on hold. Then failed worse!

The Bottom Line: The unit was incredibly noisy. Avoid Maytag/Fedders. You wait on hold forever to learn of 3rd party service providers who don't serve your town. Follow-ups did not help.
