Pros: Easy to park. Nimble handling. Versatile third seat.
Cons: Gear shift lever covers the volume control and A/C switch.
The Bottom Line: An easy handling minivan that is loaded with many features for the price.
Review: This is a review on a 2003 Mazda MPV ES model. It was a replacement for our 1999 Ford Windstar SEL ...

Pros: Pefect size for family of 4. Great ride. interior fit and function. Excellent value
Cons: Resale value not as good as Oddesey and Sienna. Gear shifter covers radio volume.
The Bottom Line: Highly recommend. Excellent handling, braking and acceleration for a minivan. Perfect vehicle for a family of four.
Review: My wife demanded a larger vehicle. I'm not a big Minivan fan nor am I a SUV fan. I am more of a sport sedan type of person.
We have owned a Mazda 929 S for about 12 years and the car has been very reliable. But we have out grew it and the... |

Pros: great pickup, wonderful seating
Cons: no place for headrest storage.
The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this car, have done so. Wonderful Family car and good on gas.
Review: When my husband and I got pregnant in December 2002, our first thought was, we need a minivan. We live in GA and travel to NY and NH to visit at least 3 times a year and we normally would have me fly and my husband drive a car so that we had a ride. We ...

Pros: Versatility, sporty, small minivan
Cons: Rear seat comfort
The Bottom Line: I love the 2003 MPV. It has flexible seating arrangements, great engine response, excellent reliability. Most bang for the buck in the minivan market!
Review: Two weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant with my 3rd child. My other kids are both in car seats. We wanted a small Minivan that would easily fit 3 car seats, a booster, regular and infant seat. The Mazda MPV was our answer.

Pros: Price, Small size, Folding rear seat, Quiet drive, Roll-down rear windows, Side-by-slide seat
Cons: There are no major things about this van that I would change.
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend the Mazda MPV. It is a great minivan at any price, though it's significantly cheaper than competitors.
Review: We purchased our MPV in the spring of 2003. After driving it for over a year I am really glad that we chose this van. Why? The answer to me is one word: value. The MPV had all the features that we wanted for a lot less than similar models (ie. Honda ...

Pros: small van with fold down 3rd row, good value for a used vehicle
Cons: 2.5L engine lacking, must have 3.0! Key has a chip, so spare is expensive!
The Bottom Line: Excellent late model, used, van for the price, especially if you can get it certified. A pre-owned Odyssey cannot beat it's price!
Review: Count me in as one of those anti-minivan types, who by too many children, must give in. I myself am expecting baby #3 soon...so my cute VW Passat had to go. Just a rundown of my buying experience, and why we chose what we did. Small was important ...

Pros: Smaller size;nimble handling;Japanese quality.
Cons: engine (fuel economy and noise); access to the last row.
The Bottom Line: If you only use the third row use once in a while, this is the ideal minivan for you regarding the price, reliability and performance.
Review: My experience with this van has been positive. I love the Japanese quality and design. Everything is so thoughtfully designed and user oriented. The second row of chairs can slide sideways to form a bench or two separate chairs. The third row can be ...

Pros: size, style, smooth ride, power doors, slide-by-side seat.
Cons: No power tailgate/rear door. No split fold 3rd row.
The Bottom Line: Great family vehicle for a small family. Compact size, good value, very reliable, lots of room and storage, lots of nice amenities.
Review: I just bought an MPV ES and I love it. When I first began my research into my next vehicle (my current lease on my 626 ES was running out) I was only looking at SUV's. Probably the Mazda Tribute, my husband also drives a Mazda (Millenia). After driving m ...

Pros: Excellent value for the money, nimble ride, nice styling.
Cons: We haven't found any!
The Bottom Line: Unless you have money to burn, you can't find a better minivan than this one for the price!
Review: We have been researching minivans for the last nine months. After several test drives, lots of online research, and many word-of-mouth recommendations, we bought a Mazda MPV LX. To begin with, anyone looking to buy a minivan has got to seriously ...

Pros: Easy to drive and park; back seats fold down into floor easily; stylish, comfortable
Cons: The LX model does not come with side air bags as a standard option.
The Bottom Line: Excellent value, easy to drive and park, intelligently designed. The rear seats that fold into the floor are easy to use. A good track record of dependability and safety.
Review: An excellent minivan in every way. The best feature is the back seats that fold into the floor very easily (I can fold them down and I'm 8 months pregnant). The back seats also become "tailgaitor" seats, which is a cute feature for picnics, etc. The...
