Pros: GRRReat Sound. Fit fine into ears.

Cons: Horrrible company, NO SUPPORT, LEFT HIGH AND DRY!!!

Review: Don't get me wrong, I loved these headphones, but they broke twice on me after about 2 months, and finally after calling up microsoft, they fed me a bunch of legal stuff just to tell me, "we're not going to fix it, sorry" Go get earphones from another ...
