Pros: easy use, small
Cons: easy to shake
The Bottom Line: I'd buy one again.
Review: I bought the Nikon S1 about a month ago. I've used it on the (infamous) family vacation to Mt. Rushmore and the 4th of July parade/fireworks, both with great results. Its main advantage is size. The best camera in the world is useless if you don't ...

Nikon's first ultra-slim offering is great

Pros: Excellent quality, great Face Priority mode, great in-camera red-eye and lighting fixes, stylish
Cons: Average speed in terms of start-up and shutter lag (but common for compact digital cameras)
The Bottom Line: A stylish and high-quality ultraslim digital camera from Nikon that takes great pictures.
Review: Nikon is the last of the Japanese digital camera makers to come out with a ultra-slim (less than 0.8 inches thin) digital camera, and Nikon has apparently taken many a page from its competitors' playbooks and come out with a deliciously good camera. ...

Pros: Slim compact size, intuitive controls, picture quality
Cons: Camera does not use AA size rechargeable batteries.
Review: A good looking, slim and lightweight camera with a great sized screen. Whilst the Sony T7 may be slimmer, it is heavier and not so easy to hold or use. This is a great camera which fits into a shirt pocket. It has a very quick start-up time and if you ...

Pros: Goes everywhere, takes great pictures.
Cons: Flash is only good to about 6 feet.
Review: I bought this camera last Spring for my teen who was summering in the Rockies. I wanted something she would not hesitate to take everywhere. She brought back some great pictures and has continued to use it regularly. It takes no room and so fits even ...

Pros: Small size, big viewfinder screen.
Cons: Is sometimes so thin that it's hard to hold.
Review: I have owned several digital cameras. My last was a Canon A70 which was horrible and constantly broke down. The Nikon S1 has so far been wonderful. The pictures do not fully depict its tiny size. It fits in any pocket, and turns on very quickly for ...

Pros: Compact design, easy to use, and light weight.
Cons: Not good enough to low light conditions...
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a small light weight digital camera that takes excellent photo's... this is it for you.
Review: For some time I have wanted to get a compact, light weight, and cool looking digital camera that I can take anywhere. I cannot take my big and expensive Olympus C-8080 everywhere because do not want to damage or carry it. Sometimes I just want a ...

Pros: D-Lighting, size, looks, scene modes, Panorama mode, Internal memory.
Cons: Face Priority could work better under low light.
The Bottom Line: A good purchase. Great pictures, sleek and small without paying a Sony-esque premium. Software is a plus to.
Review: Do not be fooled by the previous "Opinion". The camera is slow but not snail slow. I purchased this camera the day it came out. I wanted something pocketsize that I could take anywhere. Something I couldn't do with my Sony F828. Eventhough the S1 looks ...

Pros: design, great quality of pictures, very easy to use
Cons: fragile construction, in indoor mode pics come out blurry if hand is unstable
Review: Since I got it, it's been my favorite toy. I've made awsome pictures with it. It's a great camera for nature shots and close-ups. The only problems I've had happened after few months of use. Something happened to the lens. I recommend buying extended ...

Pros: size, screen size, better flash than other models, wide available SD card and cool new features.
Cons: poor video(only 15fps, other models 30fps), slow taking picture, no viewfinder, poor LCD (grainy)
Review: It is very small and easy to use, I like that all the controls are on the right side(if you are right handed)and are not too small that makes it hard to ...
