Pros: Great use of the Wiimote controls.
Cons: If your not into first person shooters then this game is probably not for you.
The Bottom Line: While Red Steel is a fun game for the Wii and makes great use of the Wiimote it's not for everyone. Rent before you buy.
Review: Red Steel for the Nintendo Wii is an excellent game if you enjoy first person shooters. The controls are nothing like any other gaming system out there. Not only does the player have to shoot wave after wave of yakuza, by aiming with your wiimote, but he ...

Pros: Innovative. Nice style and setting. Lasts long. Good music and decent graphics.
Cons: Many bugs. Feels rushed.
The Bottom Line: Red Steel is a well made game even though it has it's share of quirks and bugs. It's enjoyable and if you like FPS games, check this one out.
Review: When watching the first footage from UBI Softs ambitious FPS Red Steel, I was certain it was going to be an awesome game. But as more and more negative reviews rolled in, I got a bit uncertain if I should get it after all. But I did, and I'm glad I did. ...

Pros: Good Visuals, Good Gameplay, Nice Voice Acting, Variety of Weapons, Cool Explosion Effects.
Cons: Glitchy cross-aim, a few bugs here and there, no stealth, stupid AI.
The Bottom Line: A few things should be tweaked, good controls. Best First-Person Shooter on the Wii so far. It has a fun multi-player. Pick it up when you have the chance.
Review: Okay, here's the deal, I love this game but many people don't. I'm going to tell you everything that is good and bad about this game, starting with the gameplay. Red Steel has one of the tiniest cross-aims in the history of first-person shooters. ...

Pros: challenging, cool explosions, dry but still fun
Cons: boring story, sometimes buggy AI
The Bottom Line: A good starting point for a first person shooter but it needs the love of a computer game designer.
Review: Wow, the commercials for this product really make you think you can jump around with a sword and attack people. Unfortunately, this is not the case. To me it seems like no matter what way I swing my arms there are only four basic directions the sword can ...

Pros: Fun swordfighting and gunfighting action
Cons: So many bugs
The Bottom Line: From what I've played, Call of Duty has a much better aiming system, but if you aren't into war games, this game is pretty fun. Expect bugs!
Review: Red Steel and Call of Duty 3 are the only shooters out on the Wii for launch, and both of them are pretty fun, but both of them have their flaws. Red Steel is your basic action/ninja movie that hits straight to dvd. You and your girlfriend are ...

Pros: Multi-player and the Ninja time stop
Storyline
Cons: Graphics
The Bottom Line: Recommend to teens and twenty year olds because it just a fun "shoot em' up" game
Review: Many reviewers hold this title to a high standard. Many critique it for its lack of graphics, awkward sword fighting scenes, lack of formidable story line and just poor overall quality. However, I feel that this game has fun gameplay and a great ...

Pros: Pretty good game.
Cons: If you like shooting people, get this game!
Review: This is a first person shooter game. And you can also do sword battles in this game. Sounds great dosn't it? Well it's not! This game was not a game I would ever recomend. Although some people might like it. As a game it was ok. If your a big sword ...

Pros: Fun multi-player, Good storyline, New type FPS
Cons: Graphics not all that great, No online multi-player.
Review: After playing this game after a while, I realized that I couldn't play this any longer. It was a good experience at first, but it just seemed so pointless after a while. Like who would want to fight someone with a sword when you have an automatic rifle ...

Pros: Neat idea.
Cons: Dosen't translate into a playable game though.
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a hack and slash/ shoot-em-up for the Wii, this isn't it.
Review: I was smart enough to rent Red Steel from Blockbuster instead of buying it and I'm glad I did. All of the reviews in the magazines I read said it was not a very good game. My experience with it confirmed that. It has a Kung Foo movie plot: you're ...

Pros: Good storyline...that's about it.
Cons: HORRIBLE controls, bad graphics, and overall just not fun.
The Bottom Line: Horrible controls make this game un-enjoyable. AVOID!!
Review: I bought this game hoping it would be a great First Person Shooter, and with the new Wii controls, feel better than ever. Boy was I wrong. The controls for this game are HORRIBLE. Some of the worst I've ever come across. One second you'll be shooting at ...
