Making Physical Science Fun

Pros: fun and different angles on science, astronomy cartoon, several experiments in each issue, no advertising
Cons: themed issues, a bit expensive
The Bottom Line: Odyssey is a tad on the expensive side but worth every penny for science lovers both young and old.

Go on a science Odyssey with this magazine

Pros: Interesting articles, good quality, kid-focus
Cons: Relies too heavily on themes, only 9 issues a year
The Bottom Line: Great magazine for getting kids interested in science. Back issues rather than subscription may be the way to go, however.
