Pros: Fast internet, Wi-Fi, stereo Bluetooth, GPS, Voice commands, Good keyboard.

Cons: Battery life, speaker phone distorts at high level, headset volume could be louder.

The Bottom Line: Very good Windows Mobile phone.  However, you should be a power user with tolerance to fiddle with things, i.e. always charging, carrying 2nd battery, monitoring phone's behavior for bugs.
