Pros: Quality of sound. VERY easy to use. A product.

Cons: Nothing bad on phone. Hardest part was finding a store that had it in stock.

Cons: Base unit requires periodic reset. Only base unit is wall mountable. Uninspiring design style.

The Bottom Line: Buy it. It's not perfect, but it's as close to perfect as one could get in today's greedy corporations culture. Certainly better than any other phone system I have checked.
