Pros: Comfort, great noise reduction, excellent sound - a true premium product.
Cons: Bulk. No sound at all without battery.
The Bottom Line: A true premium product that features excellent comfort, build quality, very effective noise reduction, very impressive sound quality. Buy these and save yourself over $150 over the Bose NR headphones.
Review: This is my 4th pair of noise "canceling" headphones, which obviously shows I believe in the value proposition in general. As an introduction, let me point out they are all misnamed: the proper terminology given what they do with varying degrees of ...

Pros: Good noise canceling; comfort very good; sound very good minus
Cons: Compared to Bose: equal on noise canceling, Bose comfort excellent, Bose sound excellent
Review: Bought a pair of these to try before dropping $300 on Bose. Overall they are very good headphones. Noise cancellation on par with Bose. Sound quality and comfort are a step down. I used them for a long plane trip (17 hours each way) and they were ...

Pros: Well-constructed, attractive design, luxurious leather padding, decent low-frequency noise cancellation
Cons: No dead-battery bypass function; expensive; poor high-frequency noise cancellation; marginal comfort
The Bottom Line: Decent sound quality, low-frequency noise-cancellation; rugged enough for daily travellers. Comfort is not what it should be. Lower-priced noise-cancelling headphones can be found that perform better. Battery dependence is absolute.
Review: Noise-cancelling headphones are a hot item now. Marketed primarily to airline travellers, the intent is to reduce the background noise of your environment to a less-than-annoying level. Almost every manufacturer of headphones nowadays makes ...

Pros: Good price, great size, comfortable
Cons: Electronic interference causes a buzzing sound.
Review: These headphones are designed to look much like the bose version, but they do not perform nearly as well. I would actually give these a good review except for one big problem. I purchased these because I travel on the train every day. They do a decent ...
