Great Phone when you learn to use it

by   flyerunner11 ,  May 18, 2008
Pros: Applications, duel keypads
Cons: Takes some time to learn to use
The Bottom Line: This is a great phone full of technology-learn to use it and it can be your best friend on the road.
Review: I just got my Pantech duo and after reading many of the reviews I have realized a common theme-many of them are wrong. The complaints that many people have are things that they have not spent the time or used their resources to figure out. This phone is ...

Took a licking and kept on ticking

by   mizpriz30 ,  Oct 22, 2008
Pros: Calendar feature, notepad, MP3 capabilities, great reception, perfect size
Cons: Grainy pictures, short battery life but not too much of a problem.
The Bottom Line: Because my phone survived a trip through the wash and still works perfectly, I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't handle their devices with kid gloves.
Review: My husband bought me this little phone for my birthday last year and I fell in love with it. Sadly, a couple of months ago I forgot it was in my pocket and tossed it into the washing machine. As expected, my phone was totally dead. I hadn't had insurance ...

A phone with multiple personality disorder

by   bloodfyr ,  Jan 6, 2008
Pros:

Fast with an excellent signal everywhere I took it

Loaded with features

Cons:

Minor hardware issues

Customization issues

The Bottom Line: If you're an someone who wants to be on top of everything, and needs a phone to keep up, you might want to steer clear. Otherwise, a solid phone.
Review: I should preface this review by saying that I don't know many of the technical details about how cellular phones work. Until I purchased this phone, I used them for calling, texting, and as long as I got a signal, I didn't worry too much. Consider this a ...

by   fetnu ,  Jul 18, 2008
Pros: Windows Mobile 6 (standard), Voice Commands, Dual Sliders, microSD memory slot

The Bottom Line: This phone is truly best for Stylish Trendsetters AND Professionals On-the-Go. It contains everything you could need for business and personal use. I recommend it 100%!
Review: After having the Nokia 6102i for a couple years, I finally decided it was time to take the dive into the world of smartphones and see what all the hype was about. So, my wife and I headed down to the closest AT&T store to see what they had. I looked at ...

The phone you can use as more than a phone

by   iharris ,  Oct 8, 2008
Pros: Relatively easy to use. Decent storage capacity. Helpful applications.
Cons: Awkward key placement on side of phone. Quick List menu pops up unexpectedly.
The Bottom Line: It has the advantage of having both types of keypads on one phone. It has many helpful apps so you don't have to lug a laptop around as much anymore.
Review: I had the choice of going with a phone from Metro PCS that had a slide-out QWERTY keyboard but would have had to shell out over $200 in the beginning. I couldn't be dissuaded from getting this phone which features two keypads- one for mostly numbers and ...
