The Best Double out there.

by   canadianmom ,  Aug 5, 2004
Pros: Most comfortable double stroller for baby. Tandem stroller is narrow for shopping. INCREDIBLY DURABLE!
Cons: Heavy to turn. Very expensive if bought new.
The Bottom Line: This stroller would be a great choice for anyone needing a double stroller. It is easy to push and the most comfortable for the children.
Review: Please note: I own the older model of this stroller with the non-swivel pneumatic wheels and the sun canopies. Older models are often available for sale on Ebay and elsewhere and are an economical alternative as this stroller is very expensive new. ...

A great choice for anyone who walks a lot and has 2 little ones!

by   flamingomom ,  Apr 4, 2002
Pros: Durability, full suspension, reclining seats, easy to push, smooth ride
Cons: large, heavy and expensive
The Bottom Line: Wonderful, luxurious, well-made stroller which is best for a person who walks a lot outdoors and wants a durable, comfortable stroller that will last thru several children
Review: I learned the hard way with my first child that when it comes to strollers, you get what you pay for. My first two inexpensive strollers (Baby Trend and Graco) wore out after a few months of twice-daily outdoor walks over uneven terrain. When my...

Great stroller if you have the room for it!

by   babypod ,  Aug 12, 2002
Pros: Great stroller, comfortable, will last
Cons: Expensive, large!
The Bottom Line: Awsome stroller, but is large and hard to fit into a family sedan!
Review: We are having baby number two in three days. With that, I have been living in fear of how I am going to do everything with a toddler and a baby! How do you shop? How do you exercise? How do you find time to shower?

Well, the search for a...

Tandem perfection!

by   leanderson1127 ,  Nov 7, 2001
Pros: Class leading versatility in seating configurations. High quality design, construction and comfort.
Cons: Local product (and accessory) availability. Somewhat lofty price tag.
The Bottom Line: I personally recommend this double stroller for it's versatility and durability and above average re-sale prospects when your family finally outgrows it.
Review: I began shopping for a tandem double stroller with three specific needs in mind: First, the stroller must accommodate a newborn infant and an active toddler in equal comfort and safety. Second, the stroller must fold compactly enough to fit into the...

A good investment.

by   vwbaby ,  Jul 9, 2003
Pros: Seats removable for storage / transport Seats interchangable Carseat compatible
Cons: Wheels could be bigger, or air.
The Bottom Line: If you have a toddler and baby, you might want to get something less fancy. If you have twins, or plan on more kids, you NEED this stroller!
Review: I bought the brand new 2002/ 2003 model in black sable. I have a newborn and a 30lb 2 year old. ...

2001 Model is Best Yet

by   dotcomkaren ,  May 16, 2001
Pros: Sturdy seats may face forward, backward,or toward each other; 5-point harness; easy brake; maneuverability
Cons: Cost, bulk, shallow basket, low canopies
The Bottom Line: The 2001 model fulfills almost all the requirements for a double stroller for two children from infancy into toddlerhood. Front seat may be reversed. Safe 5-point harness is provided.
Review: I recently purchased the 2001 model of the Peg Perego Duet because, finally, a manufacturer came out with most of the features I had been wishing I could find in a double stroller for my twins.

My first stroller by another manufacturer was...

An Excellent Stroller

by   PDM ,  Jan 2, 2001
Pros: Durable, versatile, easy set-up and dismantle, maintains its value

Perego Duette is the best available!

by   prcmom ,  Sep 11, 2000
Pros: large seating area, lots of leg room, moveable seats, easy steering, large wheels make it easy to go through stuff
Cons: no basket (you need to get one yourself), does not collapse all the way

Excellent choice for baby and older sibling

by   sancarlosmom ,  Jul 29, 2003
Pros: Superior handling, comfort, quality
Cons: Must have large car to fit this stroller.
The Bottom Line: Highly recommended, if you have the space to store and transport it. It will not fit easily in the trunk of a regular sedan.
