Pros: Unique firefly headset light, strong battery life; excellent range.

Cons: Thin headset wire will give out after long-term use, will need new headset.

The Bottom Line: Plantronics CT12 is a durable high quality portable wired headset phone that will give you years of service. The unique firefly headset is a must have!

Very good overall, great sound quality, few annoyances

Pros: Sound quality, comfort, size, convenience

Cons: Inconvenient mute, battery indication

The Bottom Line: A very good purchase for the price. Aside from a few minor annoyances, this is a very pleasant phone, especially if youre on the phone a lot.
