Pros: Great design; very practical and usable.
Cons: Some map data is more than a year old.
The Bottom Line: This is a very well designed and very practical. Very small but still usable. It will show you the way and talk you along your route. I recommend it highly.
Review: What makes the Quest worth writing about is that it really works; it does what you expect it to do and more. And the great software and well designed hardware package is combined into a tool/gadget/instrument (take your pick) that is truly practical ...

Pros: Shirt-pocket size, readable display, large memory, long battery life, entire US road map database included.
Cons: Non-standard power and mount, no saved tracks.
The Bottom Line: One of, if not the, best multi-purpose car/boat/hiking GPS receiver.
Review: I've had a Garmin GPS-V for a long time and thought it was a very nice compromise between being big enough for car navigation and small enough for hiking. However, there were a couple of weaknesses in the GPS-V I'd hoped Garmin would fix. One was the ...

Pros: Price, all accessories are included, very functional!
Cons: The suction cup mount bounces when off road.
The Bottom Line: I didn't think they would have something to replace my beloved GPS V for such a good price. You won't regret buying this.
Review: Normally I sleep while flying. Recently, I had too much caffeine and started looking through the Southwest Airlines magazine. They had a list of indispensable items that are need for business travelers. One of them was a hand crank phone charger that I ...

Pros: Comes with everything: charger, mount, City Select CD, cigarette cord with speaker attached.
Cons: Small memory at 115 megs for California maps. Built-in battery may be costly to replace.
The Bottom Line: Aside from the small memory (for me in a large state) and internal battery, this is a very nice unit that works well.
Review: For something that can fit in your pocket, this little thing does a lot. Nice that you can take it off the mount and use it for navigating out of the car while running on is internal battery. The display is very bright when the backlight is on (when ...

Pros: portable, an incredible amount of information, very accurate
Cons: manual could be better if it showed the menu trees, it's ok though
The Bottom Line: A great little unit for the price with TONS of information.
Review: As a Professional Land Surveyor, GPS is something I have studied in some detail. I wanted a unit that would guide me from job to job instead of having a map on my lap and blowing all around while Im driving. The Garmin quest II is ideal for that. I ...

Pros: Small, portable, user-friendly, voice prompts, save locations, vias, detours.
Cons: Satellite aquisition bad around tall buildings, voice prompts may take getting used to.
The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this product. Based on the price and the overall user-friendly features of this amazing technology, you can't miss.
Review: While you are driving, haven't you always wanted someone to tell you exactly when to turn, exactly what time you are going to arrive, help you around traffic jams, and tell you where the closest ATM, Restaurant, or gas station is? I have been waiting ...

Pros: Battery powered, built in maps, 140 MB extra memory, voice navigation.
Cons: Small screen, sometimes slow in "most detail" setting, no Mapsource CD's in box.
The Bottom Line: This unit fit the bill for me, as I like to drive, camp, fish and hike with it.
Review: I'm not new to the GPS world...and I like new gadgets every so often. So, it was time to retire the Garmin cf1620 PDA/ GPS card for a "dedicated" GPS system. I travel frequently for pleasure via motorcycle and car, so I wanted something small ...

Pros: USB connection for data transfers, portability, waterproof, entire United States street level mapping pre-loaded.
Cons: Lack of Mapsource CD to load on a PC.
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a GPS unit that is compact and extremely portable.
Review: The Garmin Quest 2 is my favorite GPS unit so far. I have owned and used a Garmin GPS III Plus and GPS V prior to purchasing a Quest 2. My most recent requirements in a GPS were as follows: Street level mapping, portability to use between vehicles and ...

Pros: Two Preemies-35lb toddler. Baby next to skin, close to center of gravity. Comfortable, washable.
Cons: Takes 4-5 times wrapping to feel confident in your wrapping skills.
The Bottom Line: I LOVE to wrap my babies. It takes a little time to learn how, but it is far superior to back pack carriers in comfort, versatility, style, and wash-ability.
Review: My moby wrap experience started when I saw my neighbor carrying her baby in one. I'd never seen one before & I chased her down to find out more. It is comfortable and ergonomic for both the mother and baby. I've now tried both the original moby wrap ...
