Rhapsody in August : No Swords, No Screams

Pros: A different view of Kurosawa than many are accustomed to seeing

Cons: May be too slow-moving for some tastes

Review: I admit it. I got a little scared when I saw Richard Gere's name in the opening credits of Rhapsody in August, Akira Kurosawa's final film released in the U.S. (1992)
