Disappointed with company

Pros: Looks good.

Cons: Inability to get parts from company because of their outsourcing policy.

Pros: Liked the convection oven for cooking casseroles and frozen dinners.

Cons: Toast does not toast evenly, takes too long. Plastic nobs break easily.
