Pros: Video quality.

Cons: Configuring your router and setting up virtual remotes can be challenging.

Pros: Great idea, nice software, nice looking hardward.  Easy initial setup. 

Cons: Poor quality, poor and pricey customer service.  High price compared to competitors. 

The Bottom Line: Skip this product.  The quality just is not here, and the company will stand behind this solid state device for only for a year.
