Pros: I can't say anything good about this product.

Cons: poor product, terrible customer service!

The Bottom Line: I would never recommend this or any other Soleus product to anyone.

Review: We have had problems with this product from the day it was delivered. First, it was missing parts that were never sent out after repeated requests. Secondly, we found out that the unit was leaking so badly that we ended up having to pull up our carpet ...
